To order tickets:

You may request tickets a month before each performance by either e-mail or telephone, or you may come to the Advance Sales Box Office.   (Look for the hours posted on our web-site.)

To order tickets by e-mail, please send your request to tickets@wiltonplayshop.org.  Please include your name, the name you want the tickets to be held under (if different from your own), your phone number (day, evening and/or cell), the number of adult and senior/student tickets requested, and the date (and time) of the performance.

To order tickets by phone, please call (203) 762-7629.  Please leave your name, your telephone number, the number of adult and senior/student tickets requested, and the date (and time) of the performance.

Reservations and Payment Options:

All reserved tickets must be paid for in advance.  After receiving your request for tickets by phone or e-mail, we will contact you for your credit card information to complete your reservation. (Please do not leave a phone message or send an e-mail with your credit card information.)  

If you wish to pay by cash or check, you may come to the Advance Sales Box Office. 

Tickets will be available for pick up at the Playshop one hour prior to curtain time.  We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the curtain time to pick up your tickets.

Box Office Hours:

Box Office is open one hour prior to show time for that day’s performance sales (subject to availability) and will-call.  Advance Sales Box Office Hours will be posted on the web site a month before each performance.

Refund/Exchange Policies

All sales are final.  There are NO REFUNDS.  Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date if requested at least 48 hours before the start of the originally reserved performance, subject to availability.
