The Wilton Newcomers Club chose The Wilton Playshop for the focus of this year’s fund-raising efforts, and the proceeds from The Wilton Newcomers Club recent wine tasting and silent auction will help finance this season’s next production, the hysterical Ken Ludwig farce, “Leading Ladies,” opening on May 29.
The Wilton Playshop’s mission since 1937 has been to further the performing arts by providing quality live theatre to the greater Wilton area, and by doing so, provide an educational and growing experience for all involved.
The Wilton Newcomers Club has welcomed all residents of Wilton since 1965 and believes that Wilton’s history is as important as its future, which is why it chose The Playshop to benefit from their annual fundraising efforts.
